About PathSync SMS Services
PathSync provides SMS messaging services on behalf of transportation companies to deliver real-time trip updates, driver notifications, and customer service communications. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms.
What Messages You'll Receive
When you consent to SMS notifications, you may receive:
- Trip Confirmations: Booking confirmations and trip details
- Driver Updates: Driver assignment and estimated arrival times
- En Route Alerts: "Driver is on the way" notifications
- Trip Status Changes: Updates about pickups and drop-offs
- Customer Service: Responses to your inquiries
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your trip activity. Typically, you'll receive 3-8 messages per trip (confirmation, driver assignment, en route, arrival, completion).
How Consent Works
Per-Trip Consent
When your transportation provider books a trip for you and provides your mobile number, you may be asked to consent to SMS updates for that specific trip.
Confirmation SMS (Double Opt-In)
After initial consent, you'll receive a confirmation text message asking you to reply YESto verify your phone number and confirm you want to receive updates.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:
Text Message Opt-Out:
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message to immediately opt out of all future SMS communications.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further messages unless you re-consent.

For help with SMS services, reply HELP to any message, or contact your transportation provider directly.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. PathSync and your transportation provider do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Supported Carriers
PathSync SMS services are available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your phone number and consent information are stored securely and used only for delivering SMS communications related to your transportation services.
We do not: Sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
